Zune vs iPod Touch HD?

So my iPod nano, finally broke and does not bother me because I won a contest, but we had years together very well lol. So now I can not decide weather to get the Zune or iPod touch HD … Im starting to go with the Zune, but I'm not sure. I'm a fan of both. I saw what they were. I like the iPod touch, but everyone was. And I like the Zune, because if I do, I am personally. Therefore, I would like to know anyones opinion ????????? Do you any of these products? Nothing whatsoever malfunction?
