customized jewelry box

I am building my own jewelry box, where can I find these materials?

I need items like the inner fabric that is usually in a jewelry box, I am not sure what it is called. I also need the ring holders, I am not sure if I can buy them and customize it or build them from scratch, little dividers as well. Any help?

the inner fabric is usually velvet, you could go to your craft or fabric store and buy perhaps just 1/4 of a yard, it can be pricey. However, since you are making your own, if you see any other fabric you like and is smooth to the touch, you could also get it. I usually put rings on foam (you can dye the foam to the color you want it to be, I dyed mine with ink to make it black. Then I cut slits with a knife to put the rings there.
