What is the converse size to order?

I customize my own online conversation. Convert now that I bought in the shop is a woman 9. I need the same size, but when I start at 9, told me that my hand is a size 7. Not that I control converse size 7 or not have to order a size 11 converse with the size you need? thanks:]: D
