The exercises for the chest right? ?

I do not want a huge chest, just any exercise that really nice looking results. I have been in and out of exercise and so on and apparently in the course of a year, I lost, I think ten pounds. My heart tells me I do, however, it could use some work. I started a program of strength training school where I am sure our coaches will help you to customize a training plan, but besides that, and a set of floor exercises and perhaps an hour of cardio on a treadmill alternating days of work with weights … Would that be enough to get results even better?
