Point me to get instructions on how to customize Word Press blog to my website & feel with CSS, etc?

I will install WordPress on my site, but I want to customize the look of it to my site, which is a template in Dreamweaver CS3, which uses plugins ProjectSeven.com. Just curious if someone can say where can I find detailed instructions on how to customize the look of WordPress. The host is Godaddy.com. All links and tutorials would be appreciated. Thank you!
