Join nearly one million visitors from other as you watch beautifully decorated yachts, boats, kayaks, canoes and sail along Newport Harbor. People from as far away as Arizona and San Francisco have been known to make trip to take part in this holiday custom. Viewing is free, you can always find a point of view. DATES: December 17 to December 21, 2008, this year celebrates 100 years! The parade begins Island Bay at 6:30 pm and ends at the same place at approximately 9:00 pm each night. Fireworks will begin at 6:25 pm in the Balboa Pier, just before the start of the parade at 6:30 pm
