How do I customize a plain shirt black nightie? This is my uniform, and was too big in the arms and waist.

I work as a waiter indie in a restaurant. I love my job, but I got a baby doll shirt size large (I'm an XS bear the largest). How do I slight change in my shirt to fit and look better? I was thinking about changing the sleeves on the sleeves of the CAP and, to some extent at the waist. How can I do? Do you have any better idea? Any input would be great! Thank you!

Unless you can sew, I suggest you take it for a tailor or seamstress (check with your local dry cleaning to find one). He or she may have the size and make the smaller branch. My grandmother was a seamstress and had to do both with my old uniform nursing school and my team.
